Situation

Having successfully grown in North America AI technology company, Praemo, opened a new office in Australia to expand its operations in this geography across similar local mining and manufacturing industries.

 

Challenge

With the opening of a new office in Australia to expand reach in regions of the solution for Manufacturing and Mining Industries, Praemo required local expertise to build an opportunity funnel thru to a qualified leads for conversion into sales. As a start-up business entering the Australian region, a tailored approach was needed to overcome:
